A few weeks ago I got the chance to take Kylie’s senior photos at an abandoned hotel. We had a great time (even though it was about an 1.5 drive through windy canyon roads!) And isnt she stunning?! The most beautiful eyes ever. Good luck to you this year Kylie!!

And I had to get a shot of her sister, Kelsey… (they are both so beautiful!)

Cant pass up a sister shot! ![]()

I love old houses. Love. They have so much character. Such stories to tell. Its my dream to have an old farmhouse someday… to fix up. So, when I found this old abandoned house (complete with vintage wallpaper)- I knew I just had to shoot there. The property was overgrown… weeds as tall as me. A few friends and I went together. All was going well… until my friend’s foot discovered that LONG hidden nail. Under all the weeds. Ouch! Then it was off to the nearest ER for a good ‘ol tetenus shot. All in all, it was quite the evening! I did manage to get a few shots before all the action started though!
So love dramatic lighting!

Outside…

New blog + awesome senior session?! Can I get any better?! Im so excited… as its been a huge work in progress to get this blog to where I want it to be. So welcome! Take a chance to update your readers or feeds… and stay tuned to some awesome upcoming sessions!
My first session I wanted to share was the one I shot last weekend in Moab. Meet Steven. We shot all over Moab. Not your usual redrock… but abandoned houses and old rusted cars. Just what I was looking for. (and awesome sunlight too!) Steven was awesome. I mean he was a total natural! And he was up for anything. It was a blast!
